Common use of ViaSat Equipment Clause in Contracts

If you purchased your Equipment, the terms of sale applicable to the ViaSat Equipment are governed by your purchase agreement or other documents evidencing such sale and, if applicable, ViaSat’s limited warranty (available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx) and service plan, if any. In addition, ViaSat Equipment contains software and/or other intellectual property subject to a license agreement(s) (“License Agreement”) provided with the ViaSat Equipment. Any breach of the License Agreement constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
