School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

School Equipment. A. The Board agrees to keep the schools reasonably and properly equipped and maintained at all times. Teachers will be consulted regarding priorities in ordering basic supplies. B. The Association member agrees to reimburse the District for any non-school use of the phones.
School Equipment. The Board will strive to provide separate desks for teachers within the availability of funds and space.

The Hirer shall be liable for any damage, loss or theft of School equipment caused as a result of its actions, and the Hirer shall be responsible for the equipment’s (School’s or otherwise) safe and appropriate use.
