Vice-principal. The person whom the board may appoint to assist the principal in the exercise of his or her duties and functions in accordance with the Education Act (CQLR, chapter I-13.3).
Vice-principal. In addition to the salary earned as a teacher, a vice principal shall receive an administrative allowance equal fifty per cent (50%) of the allowance designated for a principal of that school.
4.2.3.1 The minimum allowance for vice principal will be adjusted in accordance with current proportionality to the principal allowance.
Vice-principal. The School Division shall pay to each Vice-Principal an Allowance equal to one-half (1/2) of that payable under clause 4.2.3 to the Principal of the school in which the Vice-Principal is assigned.

Vice-principal. The vice, or assistant, principal is an instructional leader, responsible for supporting the district and the Principal’s instructional vision. The vice/assistant principal will actively support the Principal in all aspects of their duties.

b) Effective September 1, 2019, the minimum allowance for Vice Principal will be adjusted in accordance with current proportionality to the Principal allowance.

Vice-principal. In addition to the salary as identified in article 3.1, each vice-principal shall receive 60 percent of the allowance paid to the principal.

Vice-principal a) A Vice-Principal shall be paid in accordance with educational qualifications and experience as per Article 3, plus an allowance of fifty percent (50%) of the administrative allowance for that school.
a) Principals and Vice-Principals on leave shall return to same or equivalent position.
b) Change in salary shall be effective upon date of appointment.
c) In the event of a change in position by a principal or a vice-principal to another administrative position for which the allowance is less, his/her allowance shall remain the same for a period not greater than two years, or until it is exceeded by the new allowance.
