Video Display Terminals/Comfort Standards. A goal of the District is to provide working environments for unit members that are safe, healthy and avoid continuous exposure to video display terminals. Simply, the parties recognize the desirability for comfortable work standards/stations for employees. Therefore, the District and the Union shall form a joint committee or equal membership to review those work stations/standards which fall substantially short of these goals and make recommendations regarding possible remediation.
