Video Security Surveillance Recording System. During the Term, the Clerk will enable the video security surveillance recording system and export the video surveillance footage (“Footage”) to a storage device purchased by the Property Representative and provided to the Clerk (“Storage”). The Property Representative will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing video surveillance of mail ballot drop-off boxes. If the Clerk becomes aware of a problem with the video security surveillance during the Term, the Clerk will notify Property Representative, and the Parties will cooperate in good faith to correct the problem.

Video Security Surveillance Recording System. The Clerk will install a video security surveillance recording system that includes a camera and a recording system on or by September 21, 2018. The approximate location of the video security surveillance recording system is shown on Exhibit A. The Clerk will be responsible for obtaining and retaining the video data. The Clerk shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance will all applicable laws and regulations governing video surveillance of mail ballot drop-off boxes and any costs associated with making the video security surveillance recording system compliant with such laws and regulations.

The Clerk will be responsible for obtaining the video data and Nederland will provide a media storage device for video data retention. The Town of Nederland shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance will all applicable laws and regulations governing video surveillance of mail ballot drop-off boxes and any costs associated with making the video security surveillance recording system compliant with such municipal laws and regulations. If an issue occurs with video security surveillance during the election period, the Clerk will notify Property Representative so they can monitor the drop-off box or close the box until the surveillance issue is resolved.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.
