  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter.   • Video Surveillance Video surveillance has become a valuable resource for the protection of the Employer’s assets and assuring the safety of its employees. This type of surveillance has proven to be a major deterrent to criminals and we will never know how many thefts and robberies have been prevented. Unfortunately, it is sometimes our own employees who are observed committing criminal acts in our stores. Within the confines of the law, the Employer may use video cameras in almost any part of the store. The vast majority of employees have no need to be concerned and may be assured that common sense and discretion will prevail in choosing who is allowed access to any monitoring equipment or video tapes.

  • Electronic Delivery of Documents The Company may, in its sole discretion, deliver any documents related to the Units and participation in the Plan or future grants of Units that may be granted under the Plan, by electronic means unless otherwise prohibited by local law. You hereby consent to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agree to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party-designated by the Company.

  • Message Screening 12.3.6.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from US LEC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the US LEC switching system has a legitimate signaling relation.
