Common use of Viewers and Company Termination Clause in Contracts

Viewers and Company Termination. The Viewers and Company may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Notice of termination shall be given in writing and shall become effective not earlier than the date of mailing. If the Agreement is terminated, the Viewers and the Company shall be promptly compensated for work performed and expenses incurred through the date of termination based on the amounts provided for under Section 2 of this Agreement.
