TERM AND COST OF THE AGREEMENT. The Contractor agrees to furnish services on behalf of the County during the period commencing January 1, 2022 and terminating June 30, 2022. This period may be extended if both parties agree. The Contractor will provide up to 16 hours of work on a weekly basis. The contractor’s work time will be provided to the County at no cost, but the County will provide compensation and expenses for the following: • Travel reimbursement • Registration fees • Outside consultant time (e.g. wage study) • Other expenses as approved by the County Administrator. The County cost for these expenses will not exceed $25,000.
TERM AND COST OF THE AGREEMENT. Pending 2014 Minnesota legislation regarding the administration of NEMT, CONTRACTOR agrees to continue to furnish administrative services for NEMT coordination at the rate of $5.54 per completed, paid trip leg as determined eligible by the Minnesota Department of Human Services transportation records. COUNTY agrees to review current rates for administrative services by June 30, 2014. In EXHIBIT B: FINANCIAL INFORMATION, page 5 shall be effective through December 31, 2013 and page 6 shall be added effective January 1, 2014, revising the budget for the period January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
