Viewshed Protection Plan. DRPT will contribute a monetary value to NPS for NPS to use to prepare and implement a MVMH Viewshed Protection Plan and Inventory and Assessment. DRPT and NPS agree that the contribution will be a value equal to the cost of preparing and implementing the MVMH Viewshed Protection Plan and Inventory and Assessment for the portion of the MVMH from Alexandria to Columbia Island. NPS will oversee the development of the plan prior to the completion of the PE phase and execution of the document will be at the discretion of NPS after the Project construction.
