Protection Plan. You may be covered by the most current version of the GeoSure Protection Plan, the details of which are published in the Repository. Under this Plan, GeoTrust will pay you for certain damages arising from the breach by GeoTrust of one or more of the limited warranties in the GeoSure Protection Plan, up to the limits set forth therein.
Protection Plan. St. Xxxx School will provide insurance on a year-to-year basis. Students are responsible for the deductible of $50.00 and any other costs associated with repairs in case of damage, loss or theft to the iPad or any components provided by the school. In cases of theft, vandalism and other criminal acts, a police report, or in the case of fire, a fire report Must be filed by the student or parent for the protection coverage to take place. A copy of the police/fire report must be provided to the principal’s office. In the case of theft or loss, the principal or technology coordinator Must be contacted immediately for tracking the device.

1. On equipment covered by the optional plan, Xxxxxx’s maximum liability of damage is the lesser of 10% of the replacement cost of the equipment
2. Liability for unreturned equipment is only limited when it is impossible for the Lessee to return the equipment to Lessor due to one of the following conditions:
1. Theft;
2. Fire;
3. Lightning;
