Common use of Visiting Employees Clause in Contracts

Visiting Employees. Each Party will perform most of its tasks on its own premises. However, employees of each Party will visit the other Party's premises on a regular basis during the Engineering Collaboration Period. Regardless of the duration of any such visit, the visiting employee will not be deemed an employee of the Host Party. The visiting employee's regular employer will continue to be responsible for the employee's wages, benefits and payroll taxes, and (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties) reimbursable expenses. Each visiting employee will abide by the safety and security rules of the Host Party.
