VISITS BY FULL-TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. A full-time Representative of the Union shall be allowed to enter the Company's premises where the members of the Local Union are employed to deal with administration of this Collective Agreement. It is agreed and understood that in order to carry out his duties pertaining to this Collective Agreement, the Representative also has the right to engage in conversation with employees during such visit. The Union agrees that this right shall not be abused. The Union Representative shall notify the Manager or his designate upon arrival and attain permission. No reasonable request shall be denied.
VISITS BY FULL-TIME UNION REPRESENTATIVES. A properly authorized representative of the Union shall upon entering the property notify the General Manager or his designate. The Union Representative may service grievances and the Collective Agreement with an individual employee in the staff room or a room designated by Management. Such employee must first be released by the Manager. Such release shall not be unreasonably denied. It is understood that such Representative will in no way interfere with the duties of an employee bearing in mind that a Union Representative has his regular duties to perform on behalf of all parties to this Collective Agreement.
