Common use of Voice Information Service Traffic Clause in Contracts

Voice Information Service Traffic. 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI exercises such option, ECI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI will collect from ECI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI PNG shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI PNG collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Talk America to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Talk America has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Talk America will collect from ECITalk America’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Talk America shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECITalk America. ECI Talk America shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Talk America collects such charges from its own Customer.

In the event ECI Easton exercises such option, ECI Easton will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Easton to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Easton has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Easton will collect from ECIEaston’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Easton shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIEaston. ECI Easton shall pay Verizon such Voice Information Service providers’ charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Easton collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI iNetworks shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI iNetworks collects such charges from its Reseller or any Reseller Customer. 5.3 ECI iNetworks shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI iNetworks exercises such option, ECI iNetworks will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI iNetworks to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI iNetworks has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI iNetworks will collect from ECI’s iNetworks’ Reseller Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI iNetworks shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIiNetworks. ECI iNetworks shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI iNetworks collects such charges from its own Reseller or any Reseller Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI CCA to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. ECI CCA shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI CCA collects such charges from its own Customer.

For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Xxxx has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Xxxx will collect from ECIXxxx’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Ymax shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIYmax. ECI Ymax shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Ymax collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI FTCS to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Airespring to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Xxxxxxxxxx has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Xxxxxxxxxx will collect from ECIXxxxxxxxxx’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Xxxxxxxxxx shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIAirespring. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Excel to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Synergem Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNEService, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI Synergem shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECISynergem. ECI Synergem shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Synergem collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI Synergem shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI Synergem exercises such option, ECI Synergem will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Synergem to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Synergem has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Synergem will collect from ECISynergem’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Synergem shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECISynergem. ECI Synergem shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Synergem collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Prospeed to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Prospeed has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Prospeed will collect from ECIProspeed’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Prospeed shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIProspeed. ECI Prospeed shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Prospeed collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI Quality Tel shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Quality Tel collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI If a Quality Tel Customer is served by Quality Tel ‘s Network, Quality Tel shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI Quality Tel exercises such option, ECI Quality Tel will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Quality Tel to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Quality Tel has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Quality Tel will collect from ECIQuality Tel’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Quality Tel shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIQuality Tel. ECI Quality Tel shall pay Verizon such Voice Information Service providers’ charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Quality Tel collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Covista to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Xxxxxxx has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Covista will collect from ECICovista’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Covista shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECICovista. ECI Covista shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Covista collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI Snappy Phone shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Snappy Phone collects such charges from its own Customer. 5.3 ECI Snappy Phone shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI Snappy Phone exercises such option, ECI Snappy Phone will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Snappy Phone to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Snappy Phone has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Snappy Phone will collect from ECISnappy Phone’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Snappy Phone shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECISnappy Phone. ECI Snappy Phone shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Snappy Phone collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI WiMacTel shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI WiMacTel collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI WiMacTel shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI WiMacTel exercises such option, ECI WiMacTel will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI WiMacTel to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI WiMacTel has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI WiMacTel will collect from ECIWiMacTel’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI WiMacTel shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIWiMacTel. ECI WiMacTel shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI WiMacTel collects such charges from its own Customer.

In the event ECI Marathon exercises such option, ECI Marathon will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Marathon to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Marathon has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Marathon will collect from ECIMarathon’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Marathon shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI Marathon Marathon shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Marathon collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Northstar to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Xxxxxxxxx has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Northstar will collect from ECINorthstar’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Northstar shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECINorthstar. ECI Northstar shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Northstar collects such charges from its own Customer.

In the event ECI NHC exercises such option, ECI NHC will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI NHC to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI NHC has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI NHC will collect from ECINHC’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI NHC shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECINHC. ECI NHC shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI NHC collects such charges from its own Customer.

Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Equal Access Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI Equal Access shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIEqual Access. ECI Equal Access shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Equal Access collects such charges from its own Customer. 5.3 ECI Equal Access shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI Equal Access exercises such option, ECI Equal Access will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Equal Access to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Equal Access has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Equal Access will collect from ECIEqual Access’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Equal Access shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIEqual Access. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI QuantumShift has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI QuantumShift will collect from ECIQuantumShift’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI QuantumShift shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIQuantumShift. ECI QuantumShift shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI QuantumShift collects such charges from its own Customer.

In the event ECI Xxxxx Journal exercises such option, ECI Xxxxx Journal will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Xxxxx Journal to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Xxxxx Journal has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Xxxxx Journal will collect from ECIXxxxx Journal’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Xxxxx Journal shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIXxxxx Journal. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI Alltel shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI Alltel exercises such option, ECI Alltel will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. Alltel may obtain transport services for such dedicated trunk group pursuant to Verizon’s applicable Tariffs. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Alltel to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Alltel has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Alltel will collect from ECIAlltel’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Alltel shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIAlltel. ECI Alltel shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Alltel collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI Northstar shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Northstar collects such charges from its own Customer.

Voice Information Service Traffic. 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Budget Phone Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI Budget Phone shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIBudget Phone. ECI Budget Phone shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Budget Phone collects such charges from its own Customer. 5.3 ECI Budget Phone shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI Budget Phone exercises such option, ECI Budget Phone will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Budget Phone to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Budget Phone has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Budget Phone will collect from ECIBudget Phone’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Budget Phone shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIBudget Phone. ECI Budget Phone shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Budget Phone collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI BullsEye to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI XxXxxx to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI XxXxxx has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI XxXxxx will collect from ECI’s XxXxxx’x Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI XxXxxx shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIMcGraw. ECI XxXxxx shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI XxXxxx collects such charges from its own Customer.

This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Voxbeam to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Voxbeam has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Voxbeam will collect from ECIVoxbeam’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Voxbeam shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIVoxbeam. ECI Voxbeam shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Voxbeam collects such charges from its own Customer.

ECI D- Max shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI D-Max collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI D-Max shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI D-Max exercises such option, ECI D- Max will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI D-Max to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI D-Max has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI D-Max will collect from ECID-Max’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI D-Max shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECID-Max. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI BLC shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECIBLC. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Smartrak to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Smartrak has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Smartrak will collect from ECISmartrak’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Smartrak shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECISmartrak. Voice Information Service Traffic. 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI CCI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI CCI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECICCI. ECI CCI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI CCI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI CCI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI CCI exercises such option, ECI CCI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI CCI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI CCI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI CCI will collect from ECICCI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI CCI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECICCI. ECI CCI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI CCI collects such charges from its own Customer.

In the event ECI Talk Unlimited exercises such option, ECI Talk Unlimited will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI Talk Unlimited to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI Talk Unlimited has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI Talk Unlimited will collect from ECITalk Unlimited’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI Talk Unlimited shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECITalk Unlimited. ECI Talk Unlimited shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI Talk Unlimited collects such charges from its own Customer.
