VOICE RECORDING. Each Party may electronically record all telephone conversations between them, with or without the use of a warning tone, and that, to the extent permitted by Law, any such recordings may be submitted in evidence to any court or in any proceeding for the purpose of establishing the formation or existence of a transaction and the terms thereof. Each Party shall obtain the consent of its employees and agents to such recording to the extent required by Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party reserves the right to object to the admissibility of any recording on the grounds of authenticity, relevance, and/or materiality, and neither Party waives its rights to such objections.

VOICE RECORDING. GTJAF may use voice-recording procedures in connection with any communications with the Client or in order to record or verify Instruction from the Client or the Authorized Person. Any voice recording made by GTJAF shall constitute conclusive evidence of the communications so recorded.

VOICE RECORDING. ENA may provide Client with the ability to record voice calls placed via the Services. Client will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENA for any claims, damages, liabilities or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from a claim resulting from the recording by Client of any voice conversations using the Services.

The customer accepts the mandatory monthly charge of R99 for this service 23.3. The customer indemnifies Centracom from any consequential loss due to a recording not being available 23.4. The customer will remain liable for the voice recording fee for the duration of the contract regardless of the airtime contractual obligation stipulated in the Subscriber Agreement 23.5. The customer acknowledges that they are aware of the legal requirements pertaining to, and the admissibility of the voice recordings made in this manner 23.6. VOICE RECORDING. You authorise us to use telephone recording procedures in receiving instructions, when giving investment advice or otherwise. We may record and monitor telephone conversations (and other Communications) between you and us for the purpose of evidencing instructions, quality control, performance of our systems and as required by applicable law, rule and regulation and Relevant Regulatory Requirements. Our voice records will be accepted by you as conclusive evidence of the instructions or conversations recorded.
