VOIDABILITY OF SUBCONTRACT. The Subcontract is voidable and subject to immediate termination by AHCCCS upon the Subcontractor becoming insolvent or filing proceedings in bankruptcy or reorganization under the United States Code, or upon assignment or delegation of the Subcontract without AHCCCS’ prior written approval.
