Common use of Volume Designation Clause in Contracts

Volume Designation. Information required for proposal evaluation that is not found in its designated volume will be assumed to have been omitted from the proposal. Each volume shall be written on a stand-alone basis so that its contents may be evaluated without cross-referencing to other volumes of the proposal. Exceptions to the above include only teaming arrangements, letters of commitment, and small business participation commitment information which must be submitted in Volume I and Volume IV but may be cross-referenced in other volumes.
