Common use of Voluntary Admissions Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Admissions. 12.8.1. Should an employee voluntarily admit to a substance abuse problem, the employee will not be terminated. The employee will be suspended without pay until an evaluation has been made by a state certified rehabilitation program. Should this evaluation require participation in a rehabilitation program, the employee will be permitted to return to work only if employee signs an "Agreement for Continuation of Employment."
