Voluntary Benefit Programs. The Board shall provide employees the opportunity to participate on a voluntary basis at the employee’s expense in benefits programs which are available to it (e.g., short- and/or long- term disability insurance). To the extent possible, the Employer will provide employees the opportunity to pay the cost for such voluntary benefit programs through its Section 125 Plan by pre-tax payroll deductions.
