Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. Subject to the following conditions, the Borrowers may cancel the whole or any part of the Total Commitments.
Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. The Borrowers may at any time during the Availability Period by notice to the Agent (effective only on actual receipt) cancel with effect from a date not less than ten (10) Banking Days after the receipt by the Agent of such notice the whole or any part (being $10,000,000 or any larger sum but not more than the Available Commitments of all of the Banks as at such date) of the total of the Available Commitments as at such date of all the Banks. Any such notice of cancellation, once given, shall be irrevocable and upon such cancellation taking effect the Commitment of each of the Banks shall be reduced proportionately and the Borrowers shall on the date designated in their notice prepay such amount of the outstanding Advances and/or procure the release and discharge by the Beneficiaries of such of the Bank Guarantees as will ensure that immediately thereafter the aggregate amount of the Outstandings will not exceed the Commitments as so reduced by virtue of the Borrowers' cancellation.
Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. The Borrower may, on giving not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the Bank, cancel the Available Commitments in whole or in part (but, if in part, by a minimum of and in multiples of USD 250,000) without incurring any penalty or other cost. Any such notice to the Borrower shall be irrevocable and shall specify the date upon which the reduction is to become effective and the amount of reduction.
Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. Subject to Clause 8.7.1 of the Deed of Agency, Trust and Coordination, the Borrower may at any time during the Availability Period by notice to the Facility Agent (effective only on actual receipt) cancel with effect from a date not less than seven (7) days after the receipt by the Facility Agent of such notice the whole or any part (being five million Dollars (USD5,000,000) or any larger sum which is an integral multiple thereof but not more than the Available Commitments of all of the Lenders as at such date) of the total of the Available Commitments as at such date of all the Lenders. Any such notice of cancellation, once given, shall be irrevocable and upon such cancellation taking effect the Commitment of each of the Lenders shall be reduced proportionately.
Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. TCN may at any time by notice to the Agent (effective only on actual receipt) cancel with effect from a date not less than three Banking Days after the receipt by the Agent of such notice the whole or any part (being (pound)10,000,000 or any larger sum which is an integral multiple of (pound)5,000,000) of the Facility B Total Commitments which is not then outstanding or requested in a Drawdown Notice and in respect of which an Advance has not then been made. Any such notice of cancellation, once given, shall be irrevocable and upon such cancellation taking effect the Commitment of each of the Lenders in respect of the relevant Facility shall be reduced proportionately.
Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. Subject to the conditions stated in Clause 7.13, the Borrower may cancel the whole or any part of the Total Commitments in respect of either Tranche of the Loan at any time and without penalty.

Any such notice of cancellation, once given, shall be irrevocable and upon such cancellation taking effect the Commitment of each of the Lenders to the Facility shall be permanently reduced proportionately and the Borrower shall on the date designated in its notice prepay such amount of the outstanding Drawings as will ensure that immediately thereafter the aggregate amount of the Drawings will not exceed the Commitments to the Facility as so reduced by virtue of the Borrower’s cancellation.
Voluntary cancellation of Commitments. The Borrower may at any time during the Availability Period by notice to the Agent (effective only on actual receipt) cancel with effect from a date not less than thirty (30) days after the receipt by the Agent of such notice the whole or any part (being $10,000,000 or any larger sum which is an integral multiple of $10,000,000 but not more than the Available Commitments of all of the Banks as at such date) of the total of the Available Commitments as at such date of all the Banks. Any such notice of cancellation, once given, shall be irrevocable and upon such cancellation taking effect the Commitment of each of the Banks shall be reduced proportionately and the Borrower shall on the date designated in its notice prepay such amount of the outstanding Advances as will ensure that immediately thereafter the aggregate amount of the Advances will not exceed the Commitments as so reduced by virtue of the Borrower's cancellation.

Any amounts so cancelled shall not be available for redrawing and each amount set out in clause 4.1.1 shall be reduced by the amount cancelled.
