Facility D definition

Facility D means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (d) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Facility D means the $1,500,000,000, 364 day term loan facility with an extension option made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (d) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
Facility D is defined in section 3.03.
