Voluntary Part time Benefits - Process for payment. (a) The Hospital agrees to provide regular permanent part-time nurses with the option of voluntary participation in any and all of the group health and welfare benefit programs set out in Article 17 (semi private, extended health, dental). It is understood and agreed that the part-time nurses who participate will assume the full cost of the monthly premiums.
