Voluntary Part time Benefits - Process for payment. The Hospital agrees to provide qualifying part-time nurses with the option of voluntary participation in any and all of the group health and welfare benefit programs set out in Article 17. It is understood and agreed that the part-time nurses who participate will assume the monthly premiums. Any part-time nurse who wishes to participate will provide payment of the benefits through post-dated cheques provided on a yearly basis. It is understood that any transaction would be dated the first of each and every month. The Hospital will notify the Union of the benefit costs to part-time nurses annually, and each time the benefit costs are renegotiated by the Hospital.
