Common use of Voluntary Pool Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Pool. The Pooled Shareholder hereby acknowledges that none of the Pooled Shares of PPMH to be delivered to the Pooling Trustee pursuant to section “2.1” hereinabove are being delivered to the Pooling Trustee in response to any terms imposed by any Regulatory Authority having jurisdiction over the affairs of either PPMH or the Pooled Shareholder and that this Agreement has been entered into on a strictly voluntary basis as set forth hereinabove. 2.4
