Common use of Voluntary Reduction in Workload Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Reduction in Workload. An employee who wishes to reduce her/his hours or semesters of work, as specified in the University's Offer of Admission, may request such changes in writing to the appropriate Department. A copy of the Department's response shall be forwarded to the Union.
