The Employer agrees to fill all bargaining unit positions according to the provisions of this Article, except those funded exclusively by grants awarded to individual postdoctoral fellows by external granting agencies and in instances in which an appointment is arranged as a result of the employment supervisor having been contacted directly by a candidate(s) and/or colleague(s). Initial to Graduate The Union agrees that the University shall make the as to the number and selection of students to Graduate Teaching Assistantships based upon criteria set by the University.
