VOLUNTARY REDUCTION OF WORK PERIOD. Upon mutual agreement of a full-time permanent employee covered by this MOU and an Agency/Department Head, such employee may elect to reduce work hours with an equal reduction in pay and paid benefits for periods of up to thirteen (13) pay periods as follows:
