Voluntary relinquishment of units. Where the holder of units decides to relinquish voluntarily a unit or units, and that offer of relinquishment is accepted by the employer, the teacher shall revert to the appropriate rate of pay following the reduction.
Voluntary relinquishment of units. If a teacher who holds units offers to relinquish voluntarily a unit(s) and that offer is accepted by the employer, the teacher will cease to be paid for that unit(s).
