Common use of Voluntary Resignation or Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignation or Retirement. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive may terminate his employment hereunder at any time and for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all in Executive’s sole discretion by giving twenty-one days’ written notice pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement (“Voluntary Resignation”), but the Company may waive any continued employment or right to compensation or benefits, except as provided in Section 6(b) of this Agreement, during this notice period.

Voluntary Resignation or Retirement. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive may terminate his employment hereunder at any time and prior to the Term Date for any reason whatsoever or for no reason at all in Executive’s sole discretion by giving twenty-one (21) days’ written notice pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement (“Voluntary Resignation”), but the Company may in its sole discretion waive any Executive’s continued employment or right to compensation or benefits, except as provided in Section 6(b5(b) of this Agreement, during this notice period.
