Common use of Voluntary Resignation or Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignation or Retirement. In the event the Executive ----------------------------------- retires or resigns other than because of a material breach of this Agreement by the Company, the Company shall pay to the Executive his full base salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect at the time Notice of Termination is given and, except as provided in Section 6, the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement.
