Voluntary Salary Reduction Contribution. A teacher shall be entitled once annually on forms provided by the Board to elect to have a portion of the teacher’s salary used to purchase a benefit or benefits under the plan. Such reduction shall be applied to the teacher’s salary before federal and state income tax is deducted.
