Voluntary Separation Incentives. Voluntary Retirement Incentives The University will have the discretion to participate in a Voluntary Separation Incentive Program or a Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program, if such program is provided for in the 2019-2021 State operating budget. Such participation will be in accordance with the program guidelines adopted by the Office of State Human Resources and the Department of Retirement Systems or other state agency as may be defined in the law. Program incentives or offering of such incentives are not subject to the grievance procedure.
