Common use of Voluntary xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Voluntary xxxxxx. A nurse who is not required to join or maintain membership in the Association or to pay it an amount equivalent to Association dues under either section above, but who, on or after the execution date of this Agreement, voluntarily joins or agrees to join the Association or agrees to pay it an amount equivalent to Association dues, shall thereafter be required to maintain membership in the Association or pay it an amount equivalent to Association dues.
