Common use of Voluntary Clause in Contracts

Voluntary. If Executive terminates his employment for other than Good Reason (a "Voluntary Termination"), this Agreement shall terminate without further obligation to Executive hereunder, other than the obligation (i) to continue to pay Executive in accordance with the Corporation's normal payroll payment procedures his Base Salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect on the Date Termination; and (ii) to continue to provide Executive with benefits of the type described in Paragraph 4(a) through the day preceding the Date of Termination.

Voluntary. If Executive terminates his her employment for other than Good Reason (a "Voluntary Termination"), this Agreement shall terminate without further obligation to Executive hereunder, other than the obligation (i) to continue to pay Executive in accordance with the Corporation's normal payroll payment procedures his her Base Salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect on the Date Termination; and (ii) to continue to provide Executive with benefits of the type described in Paragraph 4(a) through the day preceding the Date of Termination.

Accrued benefits, if any, will be payable in accordance with the Corporation's normal payroll payment procedures his Base Salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect on the Date Termination; and (ii) to continue to provide Executive with benefits of the type described in Paragraph 4(a) through the day preceding the Date of Terminationapplicable benefit plan provisions.

Accrued benefits, if any, and earned Base Salary, if any, will be payable in accordance with the Corporation's normal payroll payment procedures his Base Salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect on the Date Termination; and (ii) to continue to provide Executive with benefits of the type described in Paragraph 4(a) through the day preceding the Date of Terminationapplicable Company policies.

If the Executive terminates his employment for other than Good Reason (a "Voluntary Termination"), this Agreement shall terminate without further obligation to the Executive hereunder, other than the obligation (i) to continue to pay the Executive in accordance with the Corporation's normal payroll payment procedures his Base Salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect on the day preceding the Date Terminationof Termination and any previously awarded but not yet paid cash bonus; and (ii) to continue to provide the Executive with benefits of the type described in Paragraph 4(a) Section 4 through the day preceding the Date of Termination.
