Common use of Votes Clause in Contracts

Votes. Each Member or its representative shall have one vote. Defaulting Parties have no vote. A Party may not vote with regard to the decision relating to its identification to be in breach of its obligations nor to its identification as a Defaulting Party. A Party requesting to leave the consortium may not vote to decisions relating thereto.
