VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. Computershare will only vote on behalf of the client if a proxy form is received from the Client by the stipulated date and time.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. 21.1 The FSP may vote on behalf of the Client in respect of a ballot conducted by collective investment scheme in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by the FSP on behalf of the Client.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. The Discretionary FSP may vote on behalf of the client in respect of a ballot conducted by collective investment scheme in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by the Discretionary FSP on behalf of the client.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. Fundamental Investments (Pty) Ltd may vote on behalf of the Client in respect of a ballot conducted by collective investment scheme in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by Fundamental Investments (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the client.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. 7.1 The Provider may vote on behalf of the Client in respect of a ballot conducted by collective investment scheme or a company regarding its securities, corporate governance, special or ordinary resolutions or other affairs, in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by the Provider on behalf of the Client.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. Levantine & Co may vote on behalf of Client's in respect of investments held on behalf of the client. Levantine & Co may not vote on behalf of a Client in respect of investments registered in the name of any FSB approved nominee of an administrative FSP.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS etfSA may not vote on behalf of the Client in respect of a ballot conducted by an ETP or collective investment scheme in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by etfSA on behalf of the Client unless prior written approval has been granted.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. Contego may vote on behalf of the Client in respect of authorised products listed in 1.2 above.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. MitonOptimal may vote on behalf of the Client in respect of a ballot conducted by collective investment scheme in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by MitonOptimal on behalf of the client.
VOTING ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS. The Discretionary Financial Services Provider may vote on behalf of the Client in respect of a ballot conducted by a collective investment scheme in so far as the ballot relates to the investments managed by the Discretionary Financial Services Provider on behalf of the Client.
