Other Affairs. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Xxxxxxx may engage in charitable and community affairs and manage his personal investments, provided that such activities are not inconsistent with the purposes of the Company or the Bank and do not unreasonably interfere with the performance of his duties or responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement, and provided that Xxxxxxx shall not engage in any activities in violation of Articles 7 and 8 of this Agreement. Xxxxxxx may also serve as a member of the board of directors of other organizations, subject to the advance approval of the Company's CEO.

Xxxx may also serve as a member of the board of directors of other organizations, subject to the advance approval of the Company President and CEO.

Dodson may also serve as a member of the board of directors of other xxxxxxzations, subject to the advance approval of the Company's CEO.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing herein shall preclude Employee from engaging in charitable and community affairs and managing his personal investments, provided that such activities do not unreasonably interfere with the performance of his duties or responsibilities hereunder, and provided that Employee shall not engage in any activities in violation of Articles 7 or 8 of this Agreement. Employee may also serve as a member of the board of directors of other companies, subject to the approval of the Board, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, including, but not limited to, Gener8Xion Entertainment, Inc., a California corporation, and Trinity Broadcast Network.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Ridenour may engage in charitable and community affairs and manage hix xxxxxxal investments, provided that such activities are not inconsistent with the purposes of the Company and do not unreasonably interfere with the performance of his duties or responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement, and provided that Ridenour shall not engage in any activities in violation of Articlex 0 xxx 8 of this Agreement. Ridenour may also serve as a member of the board of directors of othex xxxxxizations, subject to the advance approval of the Company's CEO.

Employee may also serve as a member of the board of directors of other companies, subject to the approval of the Board, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
