Collective investment definition

Collective investment means an investment by two or more taxpayers for the acquisition, construction and installation of an alternative energy device for one or more dwellings.
Collective investment means business activities aimed at raising funds from investors, for the purpose of making investments in accordance with the investment policy set on the basis of risk spreading, for the benefit of entities whose funds have been raised. If funds are raised from the public, collective investment may be conducted only on the basis of the principle of risk spreading.
