VPG FSA Plans. Effective as of January 1, 2010, VPG has, or has caused another member of the VPG Group to, establish one or more health care and dependent care FSA Plans (the “VPG FSA Plans”). The VPG FSA Plans shall provide benefits prior to and as of the Distribution Date that are substantially the same as provided under the Vishay FSA Plans.
