Common use of Vulnerability Testing Clause in Contracts

Vulnerability Testing. Copper has obtained third-party vulnerability testing of its application. Upon Customer’s written request, Copper will provide Customer with a report that summarizes the results of the vulnerability testing (a “Report”). Customer will treat Reports as Copper’s Confidential Information for purposes of the Agreement.

Vulnerability Testing. Copper has obtained will periodically obtain third-party vulnerability testing of its applicationsystems and software used to access Customer Personal Information and will obtain penetration tests by an independent third-party expert at least annually. Upon Customer’s written request, Copper will provide Customer with a report that summarizes the results of the vulnerability testing (a “Report”). Customer will treat Reports as Copper’s Confidential Information for purposes of the Agreementsecurity personnel will review and take steps to address vulnerabilities revealed by such tests in accordance with Copper’s security policies and practices.
