Wage Maintenance. No Personal Support Worker (PSW) shall have any service payment rate reduced as a result of this Agreement or as a result of a change in their Consumer. PSWs shall maintain their wage rate irrespective of starting work with a new Consumer/Employer. PSWs qualified or enrolled as a new provider on or after the effective date of this Agreement shall be paid at the rates outlined below.
