WAGE NEGOTIATIONS. 21.01 A negotiation committee representing the Union shall meet during the prescribed periods with the Board's Committee to negotiate salaries and fringe benefits. 21.02 On days when regularly scheduled meetings between the Board and the Union are held during the normal business hours of the Board, members of the Union Committee will be allowed to leave their jobs one hour prior to the time of the scheduled meeting.
