Common use of WAGE RATES OF PAY Clause in Contracts

WAGE RATES OF PAY. 8.01 Wage Schedules and other provisions applicable to various job classifications and work descriptions are as set forth in Schedules "A", "B" and "C". 8.02 Additional classifications may be established only by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union during the term of this Agreement, and the rates for same shall be subject to negotiations between the Employer and the Union.
