Starting Work Sample Clauses
The "Starting Work" clause defines when and under what conditions a party may begin performing its contractual obligations. Typically, this clause specifies that work should not commence until certain prerequisites are met, such as the signing of the contract, receipt of a purchase order, or confirmation of payment. By clearly establishing the official start date or triggering events for work to begin, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes about unauthorized or premature performance.
