Common use of Wage Rates Clause in Contracts

Wage Rates. The latest prevailing wage rates for private employment on public contracts as determined by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations, as such prevailing wage rates may be changed during the term of this Agreement, are hereby incorporated as provisions of this Agreement. Copies of the prevailing wage rates as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors are available from the Office of Labor Standards and Enforcement (“OLSE”) and on the Internet at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/DLSR/PWD and ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/olse/prevailing-wage. Contractor agrees that it shall pay not less than the prevailing wage rates, as fixed and determined by the Board, to all workers employed by Contractor who perform Covered Services under this Agreement.
