Wage Re-Opener for Local 496 Commercial Wages. The Parties will meet at least 90 days prior to April 30, 2012 to determine if the Local 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Schedule rates (including benefit contributions) need to be amended for the period subsequent to April 30, 2012. If either Party requests a change and no agreement on the requested changes has been reached by March 1, 2012 the Parties will submit their final offer, for changes to 8.01
