Wage shortfalls. Where the Employer is informed in writing that the Employee has not been paid the full amount of wages due to the Employee in a fortnightly pay the Employer shall investigate the matter. Where an underpayment is confirmed and determined to be the fault of the Employer, the Employer shall pay the shortfall to the Employee in the next fortnightly pay.
