– WAGES AND OTHER PAY PROVISIONS. 25.1 All employees will maintain a 16.5% supervisory differential over the employees they supervise. 25.2 In order to comply with the supervisory differential described in 25.1, all bargaining unit employees will receive an across the board increase no less than that agreed to for the Officers they supervise.
