Wages‌ ARTICLE XVIII WAGES. 18.1.1 Retroactive to July 1, 2020, eligible bargaining unit members covered by this contract, excluding those identified in 18.1.5, will receive a 2.5% base salary rate increase over their June 30, 2020, base salary rate. No bargaining unit member shall earn less than $15 per hour effective July 1, 2020. 18.1.2 Effective July 1, 2021, eligible bargaining unit members covered by this contract, excluding those identified in 18.1.5, will receive a 2.5% base salary rate increase over their June 30, 2021, base salary rate. 18.1.3 Effective July 1, 2022, eligible bargaining unit members covered by this contract, excluding those identified in 18.1.5, will receive a 2.5% base salary increase over their June 30, 2022, base salary rate. 18.1.4 Effective July 1, 2023, eligible bargaining unit members covered by this contract, excluding those identified in 18.1.5, will receive a 2.5% base salary increase over their June 30, 2023, base salary rate. 18.1.5 Bargaining unit members hired from April 1st through June 30th will not receive an increase under Article XVIII in the year they are hired. 18.1.6 For the duration of this contract, the minimum salary for TOSSC positions will be:
