DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. Subject to compliance of [ARP] with the suspensive conditions stated in the aforementioned Article 14, this Contract comes into effect on the date when [ARP] is registered in the Register of Access Responsible Parties, i.e. no later than three (3) days after Xxxx has received the original Contract duly signed by [ARP], provided all of the suspensive conditions stated in this Contract have been complied with. Without prejudice to Article 9 of the Contract, this Contract is of indefinite duration.
DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. The initial term of this contract shall be fixed for of 5-years (“Initial Term”) and will continue yearly thereafter until terminated by either party on giving no less than forty-two days written notice delivered by registered post. Such notice to terminate at the end of the Initial Term or at the end of any following year but not otherwise. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, swcomms shall be entitled to terminate this Contract if the Customer has committed any breach of this Contract and has not remedied such breach with 14-days notice to that effect from swcomms. If the Customer purports to terminate the Contract during the Initial Term or subsequent yearly renewal the charges shall nevertheless continue to be payable as if the Contract had continued up until the end of the Initial Term or yearly thereafter. This charge can be aggregated with payment due in full on presentation of an invoice to the Customer. It is intended that the charges applicable to this agreement shall be fixed for the Initial Term.
DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. This contract comes into effect on the XXXXXXXX and the insurance period will run until XXXXX. DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. 2.1 This Contract shall be in force for an initial period of fifteen (15) Years (the "Initial Contract Period") starting as of the Effective Date.

DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. There is no end date to this contract. We will continue to act as educational guardians to your child as long as you want us to – providing that fees are paid and up-to-date - and as long as we are able to offer guardianship services to your child.
