Common use of Wages (Basic Straight Time Clause in Contracts

Wages (Basic Straight Time. a) Basic straight time hourly wages are hereby defined as those payable for work performed during the four (4) normally scheduled days of work in a workweek, but for not more than ten (10) hours work during any one (1) of the aforesaid four (4) days.
